Bong Joon-ho production, starring Park Yuchun, ‘Sea Fog’ confirmed cast of 7
‘Sea Fog’ is confirmed to have the cast of Kim Yoon-seok, Park Yuchun, Lee Hee-joon, Moon Sung-keun, Kim Sang-ho, Yu Seung-mok, and Han Ye-Ri, and filming started on Oct 6.
Forming the core of the storyline, the 6 seamen have unique charisma and strong presence. The captain is played by Korean acting representative Kim Yoon-seok, and Park Yuchun plays an innocent and honest seaman who is the youngest of the crew and has only recently become a seaman.
Producer Bong Joon-ho expressed a sense of trust. “I started planning the film because I believe in the outstanding talent of director Shim Sung-bo whom I worked with in ‘Memories of Murder’. The strong storyline and the excellent actors, together with his ability to make fine adjustments, are already making me very excited.”
‘Sea Fog’ will be released in the first half of 2014.
